The hotel was clean, spacious, with a great balcony and comfortable beds. Andrew, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. the location was convenient, and the inclusion of laundry facilities was a bonus. the sauna offered a relaxing retreat, and nearby attractions like Fawkner Park and St Kilda Pier added to our family bonding experience.

The apartment needs major updates, with cleanliness and maintenance issues. Kitchen and bathroom were filthy, appliances not working properly, and noisy neighbors. But the location is convenient with friendly reception. The spacious room was great for a family, but cleanliness was a major letdown.

Nice big family room
The lady at reception was quite rude, stating we hadn't paid for parking, when she finally agreed after about 10minutes of convincing, she agreed we did, and then said that's the first time that had ever happened. The room was rather pricey. I wasn't keen on putting my visa card number for a bond. The spa jets didn't work properly.

We stayed at this place and were very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent, being very close to St Kilda beach and in the heart of the St Kilda area. It's also conveniently situated next to a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a staff member always on hand day or night if we needed them. We were able to request an early check-in, showing their excellent hospitality. The facilities in the hotel were top-notch, with amenities such as a sauna, fitness centre, and free Wi-Fi.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location on a busy intersection with parking available. Easy check-in process and spacious, clean accommodations. Two tram lines nearby for convenient transportation. Apartment had a large terrace and separate dining area. Secluded courtyard provided a quiet atmosphere.

The room stunk like bourbon the main bed was two singles pushed together hard to sleep with outside lights shining straight through the thin curtains

Nearly everything.
Balcony had a no/rotten view. Next time I would request one with a street view.

The desk staff on arrival was incompetent. The bed smelt like someone had died in it! To top off the smell the bed was like a rock andf very uncomfortable. With a light on just outside the bedroom window the bedroom curtains did little to make the room dark - it was like trying to sleep in daylight The couch was a sofa bed so was very hard and uncomfortable It was very noisy on Saturday night with loud music, arguing and people running around the corridors. We left around 11.00pm prefering to drive home and sleep in comfort and peace! As you will by now realise I will NEVER stay here agina. To put some perspective on this feedback, I travel 3 or 4 days most week for business and I regulary stay at Quest apartments and never have anything but praise but this was an unbelieveable and disasterous get away!

Not very much the apartment was in poor condition and the main bedroom bed was lobsided possibly broken the kitchen an bathroom flooring was vinyl giving it a cheap look the shower was not operating properly and the kitchen cabinets were peeling I paid $230 for a delux room so id hate to see what a normal room looks like I stay in the city quite often and so do our friends and we do discuss what we experience and I certainly expected better from Quest particularly for the money I paid

The staff here is very efficient, and the room is modern, clean, and has a jacuzzi; it's located perfectly near restaurants on Fitzroy St, with the added bonus of early check-in and late check-out.

I liked the location. Was close to pretty much everything we wanted to visit. The room was also decent.
The pass to use for the car park became annoying because you had to get out of your car to scan every time . We saw a resident who had a automatic remote that opened the gates instead of having to get out of his car. Not sure why we didn't have the same thing. Although we didn't book our particular room for the spa, it would be disappointing if we did because there was a sign saying that you couldn't use the spa because of hot water restrictions. In my opinion it seems like you are just trying to save your water bill. The 3 nights that we were there we got woken up every night from noise from people outside. Not sure if it was residents or other people staying there. It was also hard to locate parking. Not sure if the side street entrance is stated on their website but we had to call reception to find out. The outside of the hotel needs some makeover. Made us think that the room might not look as good. I read an old review online that also mentioned the same thing.
